Order in Council 1536/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Marie Hubbard of Newcastle be reappointed as full-time member and chair of Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 1, 2022.
