Order in Council 156/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, as amended,

Glenn C. Walker of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002, for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act, as amended,

Glenn C. Walker of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
