Order in Council 156/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act,

Mara Bakic of Toronto

be reappointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a member of the Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation, and as such becomes a member of the board of directors of the Corporation, for a period ending on September 23, 2023, effective the later of February 27, 2023 and the date of this Order in Council is made;

And further that Ms. Bakic be redesignated as vice-chair of the board of directors of the Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period ending on September 23, 2023, effective the later of February 27, 2023 and the date of this Order in Council is made.
