Order in Council 1569/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, Joanne Davies was appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation by Order in Council 1927/2019 dated December 12, 2019;

And whereas pursuant to section 3 of the Act, Joanne Davies was designated as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Corporation by Order in Council 1927/2019;

And whereas the appointment of Joanne Davies, as a member and Chair, will expire on the 31^st day of December, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Act, Joanne Davies, of the City of Toronto, is re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation and re-designated as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the said Corporation to hold office at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on the 1^st day of January, 2021, and ending on the earlier of June 30, 2021 and the day, if any, the Corporation is dissolved.
