Order in Council 1571/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Bruce Rodrigues of Waterloo as Chief Executive Officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office for a three year term commencing July 1, 2016;

AND WHEREAS Bruce Rodrigues has been appointed Deputy Minister of Education effective October 17, 2016, pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1408/2016;

NOW THEREFORE, Order in Council O.C. 559/2016, approved and ordered to effect the reappointment of Bruce Rodrigues as Chief Executive Officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, be revoked effective October 17, 2016.
