Order in Council 1575/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Nancy Macdonald-Duncan of Hillsdale was appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigations, by Order in Council O.C. 1074/2023 (the “Order”);

And whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore the Order is amended by deleting the words “Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigations” and replacing them with “Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigations and Emergency Response”.
