Order in Council 1585/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending April 14, 2023.

Further, whereas Stephanie Zwicker Slavens was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 15, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 470/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 470/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
