Order in Council 1616/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 5(4) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

Constance L. Sugiyama, of Toronto

be appointed as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term ending no later than November 18, 2017, effective the date this Order in Council is approved;

AND FURTHER that Order in Council O.C. 874/2014 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
