Order in Council 1631/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21, Agency, made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the appointment as a member of the board of directors of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust of Tom Hilditch by Order-in-Council 103/2022 dated January 27, 2022 is hereby revoked, effective October 25, 2022, as Mr. Tom Hilditch has resigned as a member of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust.
