Order in Council 1641/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Sara Mintz of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Sara Mintz was reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective May 9, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 510/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 510/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
