Order in Council 1654/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Stephen Scharbach was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective May 30, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 99/2022;

And whereas Stephen Scharbach tendered his resignation effective October 2, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 99/2022 be revoked effective October 2, 2023.
