Order in Council 1658/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 1131/2016, dated July 13, 2016, be amended by adding the following French text:

Que, conformément au paragraphe 169(1) de la Loi de 2006 sur la location à usage d’habitation, Dale Whitmore de Toronto soit nommé membre à temps plein de la Commission de la location immobilière pour un mandat de deux ans, la nomination prenant effet à la date du présent décret.
