Order in Council 1660/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 1137/2016, dated July 18, 2016, be amended by adding the following French text:

Que, conformément au paragraphe 2(3) de la Loi de 1999 sur le Tribunal d’appel en matière de permis, Deborah Neilson de Barrie soit nommée membre à temps plein du Tribunal d'appel en matière de permis pour un mandat de deux ans, la nomination prenant effet à la date du présent décret.
