Order in Council 1674/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the Human Rights Code, O.C. 1371/2016 dated September 28, 2016 is amended by adding the following French version:

en vertu des dispositions du Code des droits de la personne, Rabia Khedr de Mississauga est nommée par la lieutenante-gouverneure en conseil au poste de membre à temps partiel de la Commission ontarienne des droits de la personne pour une durée fixe de deux ans à compter du jour de la prise du présent décret.
