Order in Council 1675/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section 2 of the Liquor Control Act, O.C. 1218/2016 dated August 24, 2016 is amended by adding the following French version:

en vertu de l’article 2 de la Loi sur les alcools,

Bonnie Brooks, de Toronto, en Ontario

est nommée membre et désignée présidente de la Régie des alcools de l’Ontario à titre amovible à la discrétion du lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil, pour un mandat d'au plus trois ans à compter du 28 août 2016.
