Order in Council 1695/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gerald Lapkin was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective November 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1525/2020;

And whereas Gerald Lapkin was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective November 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1522/2020;

And whereas Gerald Lapkin tendered his resignation effective November 1, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Orders in Council O.C. 1525/2020 and 1522/2020 be revoked effective November 1, 2021.
