Order in Council 1705/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, Douglas Browne be appointed as Chief, Emergency Management Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months effective the later of November 12, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made;

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1091/2018, dated October 3, 2018 appointing Jonathan Fredrick Pegg as Chief, Emergency Management Ontario be revoked effective the later of November 12, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made.
