Order in Council 1710/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006,

Diane McArthur

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective September 1, 2017, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of August 31, 2018 and the date she ceases to be Chief Talent Officer;

And

Diane McArthur

be appointed as Chair of the Public Service Commission, effective September 1, 2017, for a term concurrent with her appointment as a member of the Public Service Commission;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1683/2016, dated November 2, 2016, and Order in Council O.C. 1027/2015, dated July 22, 2015, be revoked effective September 1, 2017.
