Order in Council 1717/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 333/2023 made under the Development Corporations Act, Brian Porter of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member and designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Infrastructure Bank, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
