Order in Council 172/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 and subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006,

Whereas Norah Marsh of Ottawa, who was appointed by O.C. 1263/2017 as the chief executive officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, has resigned from such position;

And whereas O.C. 1264/2017 authorized the remuneration for the chief executive officer of the Education Quality and Accountability Office;

Now therefore Orders in Council 1263/2017 and 1264/2017 are revoked effective November 15, 2019.
