Order in Council 1722/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Lori Marzinotto of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 28, 2022.

Further, whereas Lori Marzinotto was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019 by Order in Council O.C. 421/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 421/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
