Order in Council 1727/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that

Pursuant to section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,Steven Cohen of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective January 1, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
