Order in Council 1734/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Lynn Kennedy of Toronto as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 60/2022 dated January 13, 2022;

And whereas Lynn Kennedy resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation on November 8, 2022;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011, Order in Council 60/2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
