Order in Council 1738/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1661/2013, dated the 20^th day of November 2013, Randall John Wilson was reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Durham Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from November 17, 2013;

And whereas Randall John Wilson has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Durham Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Randall John Wilson is hereby reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Durham Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from November 17, 2016.
