Order in Council 1740/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1669/2013, dated the 20^th day of November 2013, Christopher Charles Hales was reappointed as a member of the Town of Tecumseh Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from September 29, 2013, and his reappointment will soon expire;

And whereas Christopher Charles Hales has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Tecumseh Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Christopher Charles Hales is hereby reappointed as a member of the Town of Tecumseh Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from September 29, 2016.
