Order in Council 174/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, Andrew Hellebust of Toronto, Ontario who was appointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission by Order in Council numbered O.C. 908/2016 dated the 8th day of June 2016 for a term commencing on the date of the Order In Council and ending on the date five years after the date of execution of the Order in Council, is hereby reappointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a term commencing on the date of execution of this Order In Council and ending on the date two years after the date of execution of this Order In Council.

And pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, Andrew Hellebust of Toronto, Ontario is hereby designated as Vice-Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a term commencing on the date of the execution of this Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the date of the execution of this Order in Council.

Therefore, Order in Council numbered O.C. 908/2016 is hereby revoked.
