Order in Council 1761/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 37/2007, dated January 24, 2007, Dr. Timothy J. R. Burns was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Timothy J. R. Burns has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective June 30^th, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 37/2007, dated January 24, 2007, appointing Dr. Timothy J. R. Burns as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
