Order in Council 1788/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 87.2 (1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Laura Sue Ntoukas, Administrative Deputy Judge, Toronto Small Claims Court, Ontario be appointed as the Small Claims Court Administrative Judge of the Superior Court of Justice for a period of five years, effective September 14, 2017.
