On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1411/2015 dated October 21, 2015, Susan Beharriell of Nobleton was appointed to the Soldiers’ Aid Commission pursuant to section 2 of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, R.S.O. 1960, chapter 377, as amended by S.O. 1970, chapter 83;

And whereas the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24 received Royal Assent on November 12, 2020 and was proclaimed into force on January 1, 2021;

And whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint members of the board of directors of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24;

Therefore pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission Act, 2020, S.O. 2020, c.24,

Susan beharriell of Nobleton

be reappointed as a member of the Soldiers’ Aid Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period of up to three years, effective January 1, 2022.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 1411/2015 dated October 21, 2015 is revoked effective January 1, 2022.
