Order in Council 1795/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Sophie Martel of Toronto

be reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term starting the date this Order in Council is made and ending October 5, 2021.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1449/2016, dated, October 5, 2016, be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
