Order in Council 1801/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act,

Debra Sikora

be appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not extending beyond February 28, 2017, effective December 1, 2016;

And that Order in Council O.C. 1838/2015, dated December 16, 2015, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
