Order in Council 181/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Peter Aarssen of Wyoming, was reappointed by O.C. 193/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 193/2021 be revoked.
