Order in Council 1819/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Donna Adams of Bracebridge, formerly known as Donna Marshall, be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective January 13, 2024.
