Order in Council 1824/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997,

 Ian McSweeney, of Orangeville, Ontario

be appointed as Chair of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (and, by virtue of this appointment as Chair of the Financial Services Tribunal) for a term of two years effective the date of this Order.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 955/2017 is revoked effective the date of this Order.
