Order in Council 1826/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 29(6) and 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989,

Patricia Croft, of the City of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member and re-designated as vice-chair of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the date this Order is made;

And Order in Council 842/2019, dated May 30, 2019, is revoked effective the date this Order is made.
