Order in Council 183/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Barry Yellin of Dundas, appointed by O.C. 460/2022 dated March 4, 2022 as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, has resigned;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Order in Council numbered O.C. 460/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
