On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019 ("the Act"), the board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario shall, with the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, establish job categories, salary ranges and terms and conditions of employment for its employees;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Act, the job categories, salary ranges and terms and conditions of employment for employees of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario represented by Ontario Public Service Employee’s Union Local 565 shall be those set out in Schedule A, effective the dates set out in that schedule.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1461/2018 is revoked.
