Order in Council 1873/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1667/2013, dated the 20^th day of November 2013, Scott Richard Palko was reappointed as a member of the City of Sarnia Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from October 7, 2013, and his reappointment will soon expire;

And whereas Scott Richard Palko has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of Sarnia Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Scott Richard Palko is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Sarnia Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from October 7, 2016.
