Order in Council 1896/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Government of Ontario appointed David Leith as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 514/2014 dated March 26, 2014;

and whereas David Leith resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

and whereas it is necessary that his appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

now therefore Order in Council 514/2014 is hereby revoked effective November 21, 2016.
