Order in Council 1903/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Gadi Mayman, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective January 29, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

and further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective January 29, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

and further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008 he be re-designated as a vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective January 29, 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
