Order in Council 1903/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the City of Ottawa (Geographic Township of Fitzroy),  in the Province of Ontario, shown as part  1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6101-47 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 7^th day of February,  2017, be designated as  controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended;
2. The portions of highway in the City of Ottawa (Geographic Township of Fitzroy), in the Province of Ontario, shown as parts 2 to 12 inclusive on Ministry Plan P-6101-47 filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on the 7^th day of February, 2017, be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended;
3. The designation as a controlled-access highway and King’s Highway described in Schedule 1a, Regulation 389, R.R.O. 1970 (P-1666-41) and shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1666-41 be revoked;
4. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in OC 1442/80 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Ottawa-Carleton as Instrument NS 91894  and shown as parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6101-6 be revoked;
5. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in OC 1523/2000 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Ottawa-Carleton as Instrument N770805 and in the Land Titles Division of Ottawa-Carleton as Instrument LT1308181  and shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6101-34 be revoked; and
6. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 1 of Regulation 389, R.R.O. 1970 (P-1666-37) be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of parts 1 and 11 on the above said Ministry of Transportation Plan  P-6101-47 and within any remaining portions of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Concession 3, Lots 2 and 3, Concession 4, the Road Allowance between Concessions 3 and 4 adjoining Lots 3 and 4, and the Road Allowance between Lots 5 and 6, Concession 3 in the Geographic Township of Fitzroy.
