Order in Council 1906/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Chapman, in the Municipality of Magnetawan, District of Parry Sound, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as part 4 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Parry Sound as Plan 42R-20536 (MTO Plan P-3237-56) be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
