Order in Council 1924/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 773/2009, dated May 13, 2009, Dr. Mark A. Fowler was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Mark A. Fowler has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective June 9, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 773/2009, dated May 13, 2009, appointing Dr. Mark A. Fowler as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
