Order in Council 1925/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1159/2013, dated August 14, 2013, Dr. Crystal Joy Gonu was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Crystal Joy Gonu has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 14, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1159/2013, dated August 14, 2013, appointing Dr. Crystal Joy Gonu as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
