Order in Council 1925/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 and 3 of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act,

Whereas Janet Hope was reappointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“Corporation”) and designated as the Chair of the Board of Directors by Order in Council O.C. 95/2018 dated January 18, 2018;

And whereas Larry Clay was reappointed as a member of the Corporation by Order in Council O.C. 96/2018 dated January 18, 2018;

And whereas Kate Manson-Smith was reappointed as a member of the Corporation by Order in Council O.C. 97/2018 dated January 18, 2018;

And whereas Mary Anne Covelli was appointed as a member of the Corporation by Order in Council O.C. 98/2018 and dated January 18, 2018;

And whereas Marcia Wallace was appointed as a member of the Corporation by Order in Council O.C. 99/2018 and dated January 18, 2018;

And whereas it is necessary that these Orders in Council be revoked;

Therefore Orders in Council O.C. 95/2018, 96/2018, 97/2018, 98/2018, and 99/2018 are revoked on the date this Order in Council is made.
