Order in Council 1932/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996, Dr. Dieudonné Detchou was appointed by O.C. 975/2015 as a member of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office for a 3 year term commencing May 8, 2015;

And Whereas Dr. Detchou resigned from the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office effective August 11, 2017;

Now therefore O.C. 975/2015 is hereby revoked effective August 11, 2017.
