Order in Council 1937/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) and of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr Fiona Smaill is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council (the “Council”), to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding three years effective December 14, 2019.  

Pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Coroners Act, Dr Fiona Smaill is hereby designated as part time Vice-Chair of the Council effective December 14, 2019.
