Order in Council 1947/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marcelle Bourassa was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Assessment Review Board for a term of five years, effective February 21, 2012, by Order in Council O.C. 93/2012;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Marcelle Bourassa of Richmond Hill be appointed a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective the later of February 21, 2017, or the date of this Order in Council.
