Order in Council 1954/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rosemary Walden-Stephan was reappointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective July 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1016/2016;

And whereas Rosemary Walden-Stephan tendered her resignation effective January 31, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1016/2016 be revoked effective January 31, 2017.
