Order in Council 1959/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1929/2013, dated December 11, 2013, Dr. David Williams was reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 16^th day of December 2013, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of his reappointment;

and whereas Dr. David Williams has agreed to be further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. David Williams is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 16^th day of December 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.
